We are looking for a full-time retail employee in Halle (Saale) area, (m/f/d).

With the following terms and condition:

• Candidates of all genders
• Full-time position
• Salary from 12,41€/ hour (If the German minimum wage is higher than €12.41 per hour, then the higher minimum wage applies) 1.985,6€/ month gross.
• Overtime compensation provided.
• Job Insurance included.
• 25 days of annual leave.
• Unlimited work contract.
• Information : Cost of living in Halle (Saale) city in Germany, one month around 600€

Your responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns.
• Operating cash registers and handling transactions.
• Restocking shelves and maintaining store appearance.
• Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with inventory management.
• Providing product information and recommendations to customers.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints or issues.
• Participating in store opening and closing procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Your qualification:

• Completion of at least 2 years of university or vocational training.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the chosen field.
• A2 level profiency in German

• German language certificate A2 from an ALTE-certified institution (such as Goethe-Institut, TestDaf, ÖSD, Telc GmbH, or ELC)

Additional information: Cost of living in Halle(Saale), Germany, is approximately 600€ per month.
