As a private employment agency with many years of experience in recruiting personnel and skilled workers, we can provide you with the right applicants for your job offers in a wide variety of areas and services in employment subject to social security contributions in your company.
For the placement of applicants who are in possession of an activation and placement voucher, the placement to your company is free of charge, we only need the confirmation of the placement on a form from the employment agency or the job center.
For the placement of employees who are not entitled to an activation and placement voucher, we would charge your company a one-time placement fee of 1.19 gross monthly salaries (including VAT) after 4 weeks of employment.
When placing foreign skilled workers from Indonesia and Vietnam who do not yet have their habitual residence in the European Union, the placement fee is 2.38 gross monthly salaries due to the increased effort, 50 percent is due after 4 weeks of employment and 50 percent after 3 months.
Here we take care of the employees for up to 6 months after starting work, including the necessary registrations with the relevant offices (immigration office, residents’ registration office), and we also help with the search for accommodation.
